Terms of use and company policies for Nasco Office Products


At Nasco Office Products we want your shopping experience to be pleasant and simple because we want you to come back again. Our goal is to provide you with one of the largest selections of quality office products at the lowest possible prices. This includes both original and compatible inkjet and laser toner cartridges, computer peripherals, breakroom and cleaning supplies and office furniture. We can service just about anywhere in Canada with some of the lowest shipping rates available. For your peace of mind we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on most products, meaning that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it up to 30 days after receipt of your order for unused, unopened, non defective products. Defective products as well as unused, unopened, non defective ink and toner products may be returned up to seven days after the date of purchase. We guarantee all defective laser toners and inkjet cartridges against defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. We are proud to say that we stand behind everything that we sell so you can shop with confidence.


You can order from Nasco Office Products 24/7/365, although we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Most in stock items will ship the same day if ordered on a business day and if ordered before our specified cut off times, although that does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order the next day. We strive to ship your order out immediately but some credit cards may take longer to process and orders will not ship until after your credit card has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible but same-day shipping is not guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control such as delays in obtaining credit card authorization or delays in shipping. Once a product has been ordered it will be shipped immediately and the order cannot be cancelled unless the product is unavailable or on back order. You will be notified immediately if your products are back ordered and you will have the choice to cancel your order if you so choose. If your order is only partially shipped and if you choose to have your back ordered item or items shipped at a later date, they will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Special orders such as non stock items may take up to 3 weeks to deliver and cannot be cancelled once we have placed the order with the manufacturer and are nonreturnable. You will be notified if an item is a non stock item when you place the order and will be given the option to cancel the order at that time if you choose.

An additional charge of $50.00 plus shipping and credit card costs will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of Nasco Office Products or the courier.

Please take note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

By placing an order through Nasco Office Products, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in our policies. Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Nasco Office Products reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Nasco Office Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, with prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. Nasco Office Products may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.


Some provinces apply a small environmental fee on electronics such as printers at the point of sale. We are obliged to charge this fee to our clients to be in compliance with government regulations. An additional charge will appear on your credit card for these fees according to where the product is shipped.

We offer 30 day payment terms to our corporate clients on approved credit. Late payment fees in the form of interest may be applied to unpaid invoices after 30 days at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per year.


We make shipping simple! We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to most major Canadian cities. That's it!Nasco Office Products - Welcome Most products are shipped the same day if your order is received before the cutoff time for your area and delivered the next day. Additional transport fees may be applied to large items such as furniture, multifunction centers and large quantities of paper as well as shipping to very rural areas. Before processing your order we will notify you of any additional shipping costs and you may then choose to cancel your order if you wish. Nasco Office Products is not responsible for delivery delays due to problems attirbuted to the courrier. Shipping charges are not refundable.


In the event of an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error, pricing error received from our suppliers or any other cause of information error on our website, Nasco Office Products reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order received for any product listed at the incorrect price and/or with the incorrect description. Nasco Office Products shall have the right to refuse and cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or invoiced and/or the customers credit card has been charged. If the customers credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, the sole responsibility of Nasco Office Products shall be to issue a credit to the customers credit card account refunding the amount of the original charge.


Unless otherwise specified Nasco Office Products will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange within 30 days for unopened products (7 days for ink and toner products) ordered by error and 90 days for defective OEM, compatible or remanufactured laser toners and inkjet cartridges. Damaged, defective or missing product claims must be made within 2 business dayss of receipt of the order. Some manufacturers require that the consumer contact them directly for defective products and follow their policy for returns.


To qualify for return, all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. The original packaging must not be defaced, marked, written upon or have shipping labels affixed to them. Final resolution is always determined by the manufacturer's warranty and returns policy and may require repair under warranty or exchange under warranty for a new or re-manufactured product in lieu of a credit. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Nasco Office Products.

All products, unless defective are NOT returnable for any reason once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. We will gladly forward any available information or specifications that will assist our clients in making an informed decision before buying, however, once opened, we cannot exchange products because of errors in ordering or compatibility issues. Please make sure you verify all specifications and compatibility issues before purchasing.


Return of non defective and unopened products adhering to the Nasco Office Products return policy must be returned to Nasco Office Products at the consumer's expense and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Products can be returned for exchange only.


Support for defective original OEM, compatible and/or remanufactured products may be available through the manufacturer or through Nasco Office Products at the sole discretion of Nasco Office Products. We will accept returns for defective original OEM, compatible and/or remanufactured products unless the manufacturer offers direct customer support. Returned ink and toner products must be at least 75% full. Nasco Office Products will cover the cost of shipping for defective items and these products are eligable for exchange.


Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to Nasco Office Products once the rebates have been filed for. Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes are NOT returnable and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Nasco Office Products.


Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in the Nasco Office Products return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee to be determined at the sole discretion of Nasco Office Products.


Any products ordered by error and returned to Nasco Office Products must be done so at the consumer's expense. When returning the product, please place the product in a separate box and write the address or affix a shipping label to the shipping box. Please include the RA number on the outside of the box. If an original OEM, compatible or remanufactured product is defective within 90 days of purchase, a new product will be shipped to the consumer at the expense of Nasco Office Products once the defective product has been received, thoroughly tested and deemed to be defective unless the manufacturer's policy dictates that they will replace the product themselves. If the product proves not to be defective, the product will be shipped back to the consumer at their expense if they wish to have it returned.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.


All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the stated guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return Nasco Office Products reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at its sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the time your product is received.


• Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging and shipped securely.

• Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (Nasco Office Products maintains serial number tracking).

• Original product packaging must not be marked or defaced in any way including shipping addresses or labels.

• Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.


Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. You may request an RA within 90 days of the original purchase date for defective laser toners or ink jet cartridges, 30 days for other defective products and within 7 days for unopened products that were ordered by error. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented, rejected and returned at the consumer's expense or subject to a restocking charge at the sole discretion of Nasco Office Products.


In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will deny the return authorization. The product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you at your expense. If Nasco Office Products decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee may apply at the sole discretion of Nasco Office Products.
